Where do you operate?
Magnum VA, trading as Liis MVA OÜ, is an Estonian registered company operating in the UK and EU. If you are based outside of the UK/EU time zones, it just means that work will be done while you sleep.
How do I pay?
You have the option to pay via:

What happens to unused hours in a month?
Unused hours can not be rolled over to the next month. Unused hours are not refundable.
How do I submit tasks?
The best way to submit tasks is via email to ensure clear communication. We also use Whatsapp, Zoom, and Skype daily or we can find a way that best suits your needs.
Can you travel to support me during my business trip or event?
Yes. A daily rate of £300 will be charged plus all expenses incurred such as flights, accommodation, meals, and taxis.
What about confidentiality? Will you sign an NDA?
Magnum VA would be happy to sign any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements. Any documents containing personal/financial details will be destroyed four weeks after completion and payment of the tasks or projects.
Do you track your time?
Time is logged using time tracking software. Timesheets are submitted along with invoices. You can request a timesheet at any time during projects.
